Science Week in Primary 1 and Primary 2
12th Mar 2020
As it's Science Week, the Primary 1 and Primary 2 carried out an exciting experiment this morning! Our World Around Us topic at the moment is ‘Space’ throughout our learning on this fastinating topic we have been looking closely at all the different Planets and of course the Moon. The children were intrigued to find out how craters on the Moon were formed, so we decided to make our very own ‘Moon mixture’ (a mix of cornflour and baby oil!) we also used some rocks and pebbles to represent the Asteroids! The children had brilliant a morning, check out our pictures and see how we got on!
