Check out the photos and videos attached to see how much fun we had! P5-7 children made the journey to Armagh to The Navan Centre to celebrate Science Week. The children got to meet Professor Pip, a sailor from the 1800s and Scientific Sue who all performed superb experiments with us and really expanded our knowledge of all things Science!
Professor Pip taught us about pressure and friction whilst the sailor taught us about how to measure the speed of a boat using scientific methods. Finally, Scientific Sue taught us all about prehistory and the science behind the dinosaur era. We had a brilliant day, as we always do at the Navan Centre, and we'd like to sincerely thank everyone involved for making our day such an enjoyable one!
