Recycling Officer

Jill Eagleson from Dungannon District Council came to our school to talk to us about Recycling. She told us about landfill sites and what happens when you recycle things eg. plastic milk bottles can be recycled into garden furniture! The children viewed a powerpoint full of interesting information and facts about the recycling of different products. The children had lots of fun answering questions in a quiz. They got free pencils made out of recycled newspaper.
