This morning, the boys and girls in Primary 5 and 6 made an excellent start to their River Torrent Project along with the Speedwell Trust at Parkanaur. We learned lots about the water cycle and we discovered lots of new vocabulary and definitions. We also had fun looking at how much water we use in our everyday life as well as thinking carefully about the ways in which our water supply can be both harmed and helped by the things we do. We are already looking forward to our session with Jodie next week. What a great and informative morning!
