Our fantastic Primary 5 children helped Miss Rafferty to create this amazing Rainbow of Emotions wall display in their classroom! The children had a little think about all of the emotions that they might have felt during lockdown or how they could be feeling coming back to school after such a prolonged period of absence. We discussed what things we could do to help us overcome certain emotions. We wanted to make some help cards on our emotion wall, so that the children have a special place in the classroom to go if they are feeling anxious, worried, sad or scared. The children thought it would be a really useful tool to have in our classroom. I'm sure you will agree that they have created something wonderful! We are beyond lucky in Primary 5 to be able to social distance safely but also regain some normality into our class.
