To launch Maths Week in Aughamullan P.S. teachers from St. Joseph's College, Coalisland came along to work with our KS2 children and participated in a number of IZAK 9 activities. Thank you to Mr. D McNeill (principal of St. Joseph's College) for organising this. The children had great fun using IZAK 9 and can't wait to continue to use it in their classroom.
IZAK 9 Is a new, fun and active learning maths resource for pupils.The children work in groups making it a totally immersive maths based shared learning experience.The product consists of 27 coloured cubes that display different combinations of colour, number and shape. It is accompanied by e-learning material that involves two animated classroom facilitators, Abacus and Helix who guide the children through a series of interactive learning modules.
