Today, the P5/6 visited Parkanaur to continue their River Torrent Project with Speedwell Trust. We had a very busy day and completed a number of different activities with the lovely Miriam. We were able to measure the depth, width and velocity of a river, working in our teams as well as search for living creatures using our nets. To finish off our day, we got to make and trial our very own water wheels. What a fun day out!
