What a fantastic day our P5-7 children had at Stewartstown P.S today, as we kicked off the first session of our Shared Education programme for this year.
We were delighted to welcome back Paul from Healthy Kidz, who did an amazing job at facilitating excellent activities for our children, all about having a healthy body and a healthy mind.
For the first part of the day, the children took part in the Big Workout, during which they worked through lots of different workout stations in their mixed groups. During the second part of the day, we took a closer look at ways in which to help our Emotional Well-being, and we learned lots of things about Mindfulness.
All in all, it was a superb day. Thank you as always to Paul, the main man himself, for his expertise and guidance, and a huge thank you to Ms. Bolton and all the staff & pupils at SPS for their warm welcome and hospitality!
