We welcomed Gao back to Holy Family today to continue our Chinese lessons with our P1-4 classes. Gao has been a welcome addition to our school every Friday for the past few weeks and we have really enjoyed learning her all about the Chinese language and cultures.
Our P3/4 class created posters to celebrate next year's Chinese New Year which in 2020 is the Year of the Rat.
Gao even tried her hand with a hurling stick during our coaching with Colm and it was amazing to see our two cultures come together throughout the day. A great experience for our boys and girls.
