We had such an exciting day here in Holy Family P.S!
We welcomed some very important people to our school today to present us with pins, pens and certificates for taking part in the Tyrone County Board scheme 'Learn Irish!'. We are so proud of our boys and girls for the level of Irish vocabulary they have learned and we were so delighted to be awarded these prestigious gifts to mark their progress.
A huge 'go raibh mile maith agaibh' to Michael Kerr (Chairman of the Tyrone County Board), Donal Magee (Culture Officer from the Tyrone County Board), Bronagh Savage (Cultural Officer at Derrylaughan Kevin Barry's and one of our past parents) and Philip McCourt (Chairman of Derrylaughan Kevin Barry's) for coming to our school today to present to our children. We really appreciate it!
