Our Primary 7 children had a fantastic Healthy Kidz session this morning with Briana and Laura, focusing on spatial awareness and co-ordination through the art of dance!
They completed a couple of warm up dances to get into the groove and were then tasked to create their own dances in small groups!
We were so impressed by their amazing efforts, with one group being victorious and receiving the 'Healthy Kidz Stars of the Week' for their gloriously groovy moves.
Well done to you all, and thank you to Briana and Laura for such a feel-good Wednesday workout!
